People have moved out here for the low-density, quieter lifestyle than that of the city. When counties approve commercial development in such an area, it changes the dynamic of the neighborhoods, adds to traffic, and overloads nearby schools. Please don't approve this commercial property.

As much as I love a good camping session, there are already plenty of places all around this beautiful state in which you could do just that.
Between here and Missouri, camping is abundant.
There’s no need to disturb the natural state of the land in question.
Nor the people and animals that inhabit them.

The area is not suited for this project. No sound barrier to protect neighborhood homes. Lighting will flood the surrounding area. Light pollution will affect the people living there.

The proposed RV Park is set to be way too close to another homeowner’s property and specifically their house. Among the other concerns mentioned I believe that point to be incredibly valid in stopping the proposed development.

The proposed RV park has no place on such a small parcel of land and that many RV spots would bring more septic needs than that space could possibly accommodate. If you go by beds and 7 RV’s would likely bring at least 14 bedroom equivalent and would likely no perc for that.
