By signing this "petition", I support the nomination of the Coronet Theatre Building, located at 366-372 North La Cienega Blvd. Los Angeles, to be designated a historic-cultural monument, HCM.

The Coronet Theatre Building was built and opened in1947 by Frieda Berkoff. You can read about it history here: https://coronettheatrela.com . I support this nomination because the building complex was a significant venue for both live theatre and experimental art cinema. It is essential to protect the building and its history, its creative cultural contribution for all the generations that are to come.

A designation of HCM is an important acknowledgment of the role this particular building has played in Hollywood throughout the decades. Please protect this treasure so that it can continue to inspire many others.
