Protect and Preserve The Citrus Sub-Area's Residential Character!

Mesa needs MORE low-density places like this. We can't ruin the parts of this city that are actually beautiful.

Original zoning was intended to protect our neighborhood charm and value. That is why we have all gravitated to this area. No to this high-density residence.

We do NOT want the NE corner of Val Vista and McKellips zoned commercial. We were told that would not be commercial when we bought our million dollar plus home. This is a citrus zone. We don't want 90 dwelling units that close to our home with all the traffic.

I believe that this commercial area will negatively affect my homes value. If I knew this was the future plan when we bought our home 4 yrs ago, I would have NEVER bought here. I have a friend that lives across street from a retirement home, not only are there constant emergency vehicles, but also commercial delivery trucks.

No for rezoning!

A big no on the rezoning of the corner of McKellips and McKellips

Our subdivision of 40 lots has seven for sale signs posted. We have not had that may properties for sale in the last 10 years.

We need to maintain the citrus groves in Mesa. That corner is not meant to be developed with airplanes overhead that area should remain a green space.

PLEASE do not rezone this central corner of our neighborhood. It would forever change the feel to the area as well as affect property values of homes that people have lived and invested in for years. Thank you.

Please do not change the corner of Val Vista and McKellips to Commercial to accomodate an out of state builder! Please preserve the promised Citrus sub area that we have been promised and all love living in

please preserve our neighborhood. A change in zoning which allows a large business facility will lower the quality of our area and allow a tremendous amount of new traffic and decreased safety.

No rezoneing

I would like to disagree and petition against the building of the assisted apartment complex.

I like the low density, rural feel of this part of Mesa and don't want it to change.

Please protect this beautiful and unique area of Mesa!

Do not rezone northeast corner of Valvista and mckelips

We do not want or need this project built in our protected area.

Our family purchased our home at Tanner Grove Estates two years ago and the uniqueness of this area was one of the primary reasons why. I'll be damned if I sit back and allow this re-zoning to happen. There are plenty of places for this project outside of our protected area.

I urge all citizens of Mesa to oppose rezoning. The powerful few must not be allowed to overturn the voice of the people who have clearly spoken on the value of keeping the Citrus sub area as planned and voter approved with no good reason.
