Too many people. Weren't we just in danger of running our wells dry this summer? How can we continue to allow new building if we don't have the water resources to support them, let alone the roads, sidewalks, schools, etc? There are 20 new houses being planned for Saddle Hill Rd. as well, a road that is too narrow and dangerous for the traffic it already has on it and is even more dangerous to walk on.

I like the diverse community and all but I think development without infrastructure to support it is a disaster. Schools , roads , everything will be affected because of all these new developments. Legacy farm north side is offering almost 1500 new homes and with this new development Hayden Rowe will be more hectic in the morning considering all the traffic . Please stop these developments with out considering how this is going to impact the community on a long term basis

Hopkinton is changing, however, I welcome increased diversity. My signature is not a condemnation of the newer town demographics or of the fact that we're absorbing our fair share of the area's increased housing needs. As a town, we need to put considerable effort into a well-reasoned long-term Smart Growth plan. I think that having a plan to proactively follow is a much better bet than reacting to developer proposals as they come in, which allows developers to have the first, loudest, and strongest voice in the town.

I'm not from Hopkinton but I've lived here 9 years. I'm amazed at how much brute force (money?) has been used to create many subdivisions without planning for traffic, environmental impact and schools. This town rocks. So please slow down the development!

Legacy Farns is an embarrassment to Hopkinton. The last thing we need is more development. Our schools will become overcrowded and families will begin to move elsewhere.

The reason we encouraged our daughter and son-in-law to purchase this property 10 years ago was because of the quietness of the street. We felt it would be a great area for our granddaughters to grow up in.

Please stop this cut through from happening. We moved to this town 3 years ago and purchased our home because it was on a quiet dead end street- a place to raise a family. This cut through will bring increased traffic and safety concerns for all of the children that live here. The street is also not wide enough for 2 cars to pass each other in front of our home- with protected wetlands on either side.
