The traffic on Rt.85 is terrible in the morning as it is. The proposed development will add to this along with the new elementary school traffic! Getting out of Charlesview neighborhood will be a nightmare!!

This is a horrific prospect. JUST SAY NO TO GREEDY DEVELOPERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Leave our "dead ends" liveable!!!

this would essentially create a bypass route for the traffic on 85 and around the schools. Has anyone from the town managers/building/road actually driven down chamberlain street? Chamberlain is barely wide enough to handle the cars for the folks that live there never mine an influx of cars from a new development and folks that want to bypass the school area traffic.

Another cut-through, in addition to Lumber St, will require more lights on W Main St and possibly on 85. Congestion on Main is already bad at rush-hour. Loss of downtown business will also result. A bad idea all around.

A connection between Chamberlain and Whalen would be a nightmare for those neighborhoods. 40 mph and 10 year old bicycle riders don't mix.

Very proud that so many Hopkinton people and neighbors are signing. Keep sharing the petition! We have about a week left before the Planning Board meeting on April 12th. We need 500 signatures and we have 207 (as of today!) Fantastic!
