The ongoing continuation of new houses constantly going up is very sad and certainly has taken away from the beauty of a small town feel. Crammed houses in smaller developments and larger cookie cutter developments alike are both a non attractive trend that the town faces.

People want to move to Hopkinton because of its charming character and good schools. But at what point does over-development tip the scales, creating multiple problems for its residents and losing its charms?
