Should not change zones in the Master Plan to accomodate developers; we need a complete redo of the Master Plan, not spot zoning.

This type of proposal is indicative of greed and shortsightedness. Ridgewood deserves better than that . The congestion and damage to the integrity of the town will be irrevocable. I am strongly against these proposals.
