Please do not vote for this rezoning. It directly impacts fairways, bridges, preserves, Eagle Ridge, Eden Hills and Patio Springs residents in a negative way. Please stop it.

This is ridiculous, these developers are only about themselves, they are the most greedy people I’ve ever met.

Save Eden - Stop this over-development!

No increased density zoning. We want to protect our watershed, wildlife, night skies, air quality and public safety. Protection of the community is the planning commissions duty. Developers should conform to the community, not the other way around.

This project is not appropriate in our neighborhood

Storage units do not belong in residential neighborhoods. There are already two large storage yards in the Wolf Creek/Eden area more are not need here.

Water is such a huge issue now; how can we possibly consider high-density housing a good idea. And a storage facility in a residential area is completely unacceptable.

We all need to become involved in what the planning commission is doing.

Stop the rezoning of Eagle Crest

High density housing and commercial property next tohigh-end residential property is poor planning and reeks of developers trying to wield undo influence over our well thought out zoning laws that are designed to preserve the valley foothills as low density property for a open concept living where residents and wildlife can co-exist. My objection does not even start to cover the concerns of water needs for the existing residents where high density building positioned above the existing low density plots will likely rob water from homes below that have been in the valley for years.

This will definitely change our valley for the worse.

I am against building these storage units. Save our valley.

Why do we bother having zoning if every variance requested is granted? The roadway infrastructure for such a huge development is just not there. Sending cars down through Patio Springs, the most densely settled residential neighborhood in the valley, is a disaster waiting to happen.

John Lewis developer is also John Lewis Chairman of Ogden Valley Planning Commission. Conflict of interest ? Gage Froerer Real Estate Developer and major Valley property owner - County Commissioner - More conflict. But not a conflict of interest if you can manipulate legislation for profit under the veil of Community economic development. This insanity and blatant greed must stop.
