This is a disturbing plan and the last thing we need in the valley is more storage units. They’re not even down building the storage units behind maverick and the Eden post office yet. I’m sad that this is even being proposed at all.

I oppose this and we have another 20+ family members that own 18 acres in the valley that also oppose this!!!

Development in the Ogden Valley needs to stop. High density housing and other development is running the long time locals out and it's not right.

I understand that a developer builds new structures, but trying to change residential zoning to commercial after purchasing the property in not fair to those who have already built homes in the area expecting it to remain residential.

A moratorium should be in place on any further development in the valley while their are huge drought issues.
