This is a residential neighborhood we don’t want storage units here.

There are currently multiple storage units already in Ogden Valley --- and some are an absolute eye sore.

This is not necessary and no one wants it…..please no.

Keep the valley small. Roads & water will not handle more building.

Established residents in Ogden Valley won't have water if development continues at the present pace. Perhaps we should have a moratorium on any further developments until water/sewer issues are resolved!

The valley cannot support any more high density--or any more--building. We do not have the water resources.

We already have water issues. There's no good reason to increase density other than for higher profit. Higher density is not good our beautiful valley.

I know storage is necessary. I have owned a storage facility myself in Colorado but they do not belong in a residential area. There are plenty of industrial and commercial locations available for storage facilities.

Enough is enough. The Valley is at a tipping point of no return if we don’t take a stand now and stop development that can’t be supported. Thank you

I am very much opposed to any rezoning that puts commercial space in a neighborhood like this. This makes no sense and goes against everything that is in the general plan for Ogden Valley.

Stop the madness! No rezone unless it is to decrease density.

Do not approve this project.

How could this project even be considered, when land owners are not allowed to build single family homes in Wolf Creek water and sewer district?
