Been here since 2006 and would have never moved had I known this. This kind of rezoning is pure destruction of the valley.

Be good to stop all development. That could happen on its own if the oncoming recession predicted for this Summer, happens. Good and bad in everything.

Kick the developers out of our valley. John Lewis, gage freezer, and others need to go they are a conflict of interest and should not hold a commissioners seat. Vote them out

Please STOP the development of 193 storage units and 112 high density units by our residential neighborhood in Eden and Wokf Creek.
These will have a direct impact on our public safety, traffic, watershed, wildlife, and dark sky! I beg of you to STOP this madness in our valley. I know money speaks but is it worth it to kill our desire to vote you in another term???

I live here to be in the country, not in the city,. We have to much traffic now.
I've been in the my house on 4100 north since 1981. with water and septic issues. We can't support any more traffic and pollution. Our wells will not
support any more usage and pollution.

The proposed high density condo development along with a commercial storage facility seems entirely inconsistent with 1) the water supply issues experienced during the past few summers, 2) the current moratorium on new residential water connections, and 3) the natural beauty of the impacted mountain foothills. The Ogden Valley is becoming over-built and over-used relative to natural and manmade resources. These comments also apply to The Bridges development.

As Ogden Valley residents, are we going to look back and be proud of what we created in our valley or are we going to ask, how did we abuse this gorgeous natural setting by ignoring nature and filling our valley up with high density nightly rentals and hundreds of storage units for visitors to drop their excess stuff for us to look at? No Thanks!

Stop this re-zoning for all the petition reasons. Save the integrity, beauty, environment, neighborhoods of Ogden Valley from money hungry developers and county officials!
