Please no! We need to grow smart in our small Valley. We need some restrictions and a better plan for the future put in place.

We need to slow the building in the Ogden Valley

I have two questions; what is your motivation for doing this, and is it going to make any difference what we want?

Please don’t change our beautiful Valley for us and future generations, so a few people can get rich.

“This is not the place.” 193 ugly storage units should not be placed in a beautiful neighborhood. People traveling to and from will create unsafe roads for those who live in these homes. Why open up a quiet mountain neighborhood to extra traffic and crime? And take away from the beauty?

The monetary ambitions of a few should not overrun the best interests, safety, and lifestyle of current residents. The current zoning laws are in place for a reason.

The current zoning laws are there for a reason. Water is a huge worry and problem up in this area.

Please think of all the people you hurt because of your decisions to expand this beautiful valley. It’s beautiful because it’s a small valley not meant for commercial buildings I’m our neighborhoods. Pure financial gain at the expense of every home owner who built here because of the special small community. Please have some compassion for us.

Not enough water to support high density housing - which these storage units will be built for.

This project goes against the small-town recreational atmosphere that is classic and vital to the valley. There is already incredible strain on the permanent residents because of forced development and recreational use in an area that doesn’t have enough infrastructure support. I agree that this development needs to be halted.

Please stop building. We are out of water.

Sorry, but traffic and water limitations need to be considered in a valley and state that is becoming visibly dryer by the day. Just because you own land doesn’t mean you can develop it without consequences that will negatively impact us all. When you get your money, where will that leave the rest of us?

Single family residence only! No storage units!

This will not only impact our daily lives but the entire ecosystem of our community.

Stop the madness! This valley cannot support more building. Water, Sewer, Pollution, Traffic, Crime are all critical issues now and I can't even begin to imagine what these issues are going to look like in 5 years if the developers and government officials aren't held in check! NO MORE!

I oppose this new building project based on all of the above and would add that the roads and water do not support an increase of this size. The proposed project will be a blight to those visiting and to those who live here. It will adversely affect wildlife. The units for storage do not appear to be for the benefit full time residents, but mostly for recreationers.
