Storage units for recreationers/short term renters. We pay the price for increased traffic and wear and tear on roads that are minimally maintained as it is. It's more than obvious that the "visitors" to the valley show little respect for speed restrictions or noise/light restrictions.

No, No, No, to the commercial development in residential neighborhoods. Also, why is John Lewis on the Planning Commission? This is a blatant conflict of interest. He should not be on the commission voting in favor of his own developments.

The valley is for rural living. If you want urban living, move to Ogden.

These storage units will be a terrible eyesore to our beautiful valley! In plain sight on the hill! And we do not want more rental units to take our water from those of us who live here already! And they will be an eyesore too.

The Eagle Crest Development project directly impacts Fairways, Bridges, Preserves, Eagle Ridge, Eden Hills, and Patio Springs, residents, AND the ENTIRE Ogden Valley. Do NOT allow the proposed Zone changes Whatever happened to the "More Parks less City" slogan of John Lewis?

dear God. will there be a single undeveloped inch of land remaining in what USED to be Eden after John Lewis and his ilk get through with us? it WAS named EDEN for a reason! stop DESTROYING it!!

Why do we make plans for how to develop Ogden Valley and then go against them? Let's preserve what we have.

This development will drastically threaten our already scarce water resources & overburden our already full roads - roads which can to be expanded!

Solving the water infrastructure is imperative to ensure sustainable communities and economic growth in our neighborhood. As a community, it is our job to hold the developers accountable to ensure building new units will not compromise our current dire water situation. It is not just Maranda at Wolf Creek Waters job to ensure water capacity, it is ours also. Please go to this meeting to ensure a sustainable community. If not, we will all be affected. In a business prospective, if we run out of water, the value of our houses will all go down. (If you watch the last meeting on March 28, you will see that they are seeking approval of the storage units and zoning BEFORE solving the water capacity problem. The new development has water rights, but the increased water capacity only benefits their NEW development, not the community at the current time.) It is our responsibility to make sure the water capacity problem is solved before more units are added.

Approval of John Lewis’s application to amend zoning in Wolf Creek makes a mockery of the Ogden Valley general plan. What is the point of having a general plan if you allow up zoning throughout the area. There is plenty of land that is already zoned for CV-2. Stick to the general plan.

Stop building the storage units. Our valley is seat getting so over crowded as it is and we Already don’t have enough resources to go around. Please stop!!
