This is a completely inappropriate development for a nieborhood zoned for single family homes. Anything we can do to protect our existing neighborhood from the impacts of this proposed structure we are on board.

Remarkable undermining of neighborhood, single-family zoning intentions for a specific and inappropriate project. Absolutely opposed. I live at 8 Dover Road.

I strongly oppose this proposition. It feels like a dishonest use of the historic laws that are meant to keep our town tied to its significance and beauty. I'd like to be apart of a community that says no to people making excessive amounts of money on real estate loop holes while others feel the consequences in their daily lives.

Let's be honest. This plan is not about 'preservation', it is about making a buck - or many bucks - for the owners, the builder(s), and perhaps the people who coached them. The proposed complex - on land zoned for single-family housing - is grossly inappropriate for the neighborhood and surrounding area.

This Proposed structure does not fit the zoning in this part of Natick. Spot zoning, he’s not going to work here or anywhere Natick for that matter.

There is no way this should be allowed.
