Preserve Live Music and Dance at Lake Merritt Dance in Oakland at Veterans Building!

Lots of locals and neighborhood citizens come to this place to dance for exercising and as a social get together for dancing, it provides the ground for these group of people in need to dance to enlighten their life. Please continue to provide the ground for this Eve growing dance love group !!

Preserving the music/dance programs at the Veterans Building is important! It is just what we need to encourage for the sake of bolstering and revitalizing our community!

I go to Lakeside to dance at least twice a month and sometimes more. I love the venue. The dance floors are roomy and well maintained. The venue is beautiful. Having a dance venue so accessible to public transportation is wonderful.

Dance is a valuable asset in the fight for mental and physical health and wellness.

Please keep this beautiful venue for us!!
