As a Fresco owner, I strongly oppose the redirection of our designated funds for complex-wide projects. These funds (INR 1.93 crores) were collected specifically for Fresco maintenance and improvements. Using them for general infrastructure violates both the original purpose and principles of fair fund allocation. Each cluster should manage its earmarked resources independently. The Association must honor the intended purpose of these contributions and maintain financial transparency by releasing all meeting minutes related to this matter. I urge the BOM to reconsider this proposal immediately.

These are monies lying with the Board for 6+ years and the said Principal and Interest meds to be now returned to their legitimate owners. Using our money to maintain other places is not just ethical and immoral, but also illegal. Kindly comply
