This is a very serine area and should not be used by commercial business. sister is on Little Wood and this would effect the whole area. Do not spoil this area !

My family has been on Big Wood since before I was born (1969). The impact of such a “development” would change what this lake is. Our hope is to preserve & protect.

My mother in law owns a house on the lake and it frightens me to think what will become of the peaceful Oasis it currently is if an RV park is built on it.

My family was a resident on Big Wood Lake for 100+ years and remember it as a quiet, family retreat sort of lake. A trailer park would certainly change that outlook and not for the better.

Please look at the bigger picture. Just because you "can" doesn't mean you should. Sometimes financial gain is NOT worth the impact it has on your environment and your neighbors.

Our son and daughter in law have a home on Big Wood Lake. Our daughter in law has a number of her relatives with homes on the lake. We visit these families during the summer months. I support this petition.

I’m the Treasurer of Little Wood Lake Association and I feel this commercial campground would be a impact on the lakes and rivers in this area as the are all connected in one way or another.

We have had family cabins on this lake since before I was born. As part of the community of Grantsburg and Big Wood Lake, we have worked hard to foster an environment of wildlife protect, lake health, residential safety on Big Wood Lake, and support of the surrounding local businesses. This comes, in part, from a lasting connection to the area that will not be held with the same conviction or commitment if the area is commercialized. Please, please, please - when you are considering what you will and won't allow for this property I ask that you do so with priorities of wildlife/lake preservation, community support/development, and lake safety.

Leave the lake as it is. Have so many memories since I was 8 and I don’t want to see them gone.
