Enough!!! This city must STOP concreting over every green piece of space left in this city! What is happening at UTC is a crime against Nature! To take anymore green space for development anyplace in this city is unconscionable! Commissioners, check your consciences. What you have approved so far should haunt you in light of the environmental concerns in the world today. Shame!

Very family and community oriented neighborhood that has unbearable traffic without adding more. There has to be a limit put on building in and around these small communities.

Already way too much traffic and related noise! Killed myself working so hard to afford a nice neighborhood. Already enough problems. Our Park is being ruined by perverts, defacators, and homeless sleeping on benches. Can't even feel safe using the expensive exercise park put in. I got smashed into on my own street 5 days after I moved here! My street says no trucks but Semis, and other loud vehicles speed through everyday. It is out of control! I am from Chicago and the traffic is worse here. Politics and money should not be allowed to destroy decent neighborhoods we worked so hard to afford. Already too many stoplights. My Vietnamese nail attendant has a house as nice as mine down the street. Not buying into it!!

This is a TEST! I replied to Larry Silvermintz's comment above inviting Alta Vista to our meeting. Not sure how the process works in this system. Please let me know if you receive this and if there is a way to respond, Thanks so much! I sent my letter to Hagen Brody today. No response so far.

We need to both limit development, and to develop with balance. Housing and Hospitals need innovative retail, attractions, and recreation. Why not Research/technology or light-manufacturing?

Please do not increase the density!
I oppose, without reservation, the Developer's proposal to change the subject property's future land use classification to Multiple Family-High Density AND to rezone the property to the Residential Multiple-Family 7 (RMF-7) zone district.

I am extremely worried about excessive traffic flow down narrow side streets with no sidewalks, like Loma Linda St. where I live.

50 unit density is too much, especially if it will not be available for low income renters.
We don't need more traffic down Briggs.
