NIMBY!!! This is a single family neighborhood and we desire it to remain that way.
If you are going to change things, at least follow proper, agreed upon, procedures!

No increase in density until real impacts are studied and mitigated on roads, water, and waste water services and until all of Arlington Park Neighborhood gets a new overlay district and until existing promises by the City are met. Where is the MURT promised and funded in 2005? Why are the stop bar lines promised in 2017 STILL not painted? Why does City expect us to take the impact from 1500 people attending Circus Conservatory events because only 249 parking spaces are available on school grounds for them. (now that School Avenue is closed).

I live on Floyd and already commuters use my street to get to 41. East of Shade we are not allowed to have speed bumps so the traffic goes over the speed limit. High density housing needs mass transit set up. It needs to be in a place where people can walk to appts, grocery and schools and not need cars!

Keep our neighborhood free of traffic and put your buildings out of the park! Plenty of space elsewhere; why here? What else are they planning?

Difficult to find the petition, make it easier to access. Take to the church on Bahia vista, possibly the ymca also. Maybe the business area on the corner of east and Bahia vista. Perhaps the high school would not want growth due to traffic congestion...

The current zones exist for a reason. Make them work within the rules or go somewhere already Zoned for what they want to build.
