I support the Arlington Park committee on maintaining low density on the parcel near Bahia Vista and Tuttle of 25 units per acre. I prefer single family residential of 4 homes per acre. That is approx. 10,000 sq.ft. Per home. The average for the area.

This track is essential for jobs, entertainment and is the Disneyworld of racing facilities. It has rich history since 1927 and is a beautiful wide open space convenient for all the suburbs! Love horse...save the Park!

Arlington Park is a residential neighborhood and the high density project would not provide more affordable living options. This development would flood Bahia Vista and Tuttle with hundreds of additional cars daily, increasing accidents at this already overtaxed corner. Since the corner is zoned medical, it is not suitable for residential development. A change of zoning sets a detrimental precedent to our residential communities.

That intersection is already too congested. Such high density would detract from the charm of this unique neighborhood.

This development, as proposed, will be a real detriment to the quality of life in our neighborhood. Please stop.

This development is for the singular purpose of making wealthy developers more wealthy, at the cost of a peaceful community and group of people. Crime and traffic congestion will increase, while our property values decrease, opening the floodgates to further, uncontrolled development.

Please do not increase density of the property located at 2750 Bahia Vista Street/ 1300 S. Tuttle Ave. Why can't developers abide by the current code. Most are driven by profit and not by the communities needs and wishes!
