McMillian was given NTC property in exchange for developing a park and facility complex (preservation Historical sites) for the benefit of local citizens. To date, McMillian has benefited disproportionately.

Liberty Station doesn’t need any more restaurants. This chapels legacy must be preserved and protected. And I’m not a practicing religious person.
