This chapel is very historic and it is offensive the demolish will be happening July 2019. It is an insult to military personnel who worshiped in the scared space that has been around since 1940.

This chapel has significant history! It does NOT need to be turned into ANOTHER Liberty Station restaurant. Just leave it alone.

Leave the chapel 'as-is.' Don't turn it into a travesty so the greedmongers can profit. It's wrong, imo.

My navy officer husband and I got married there in 2010. What a BEAUTIFUL chapel with all its amazing history. I would love to be able to go there anytime and visit and show our kids where we got married. Please don't destroy it!

My father, Commander John Myrose was a minister in the North Chapel in the late 50s to early 60s. This building needs to be preserved as it is now.

There are so many memories that have taken place in this Chapel. Thousands of Sailors and Marines along with families have worshiped there. The great news is it don't have to go away. Progress isn't always a good idea. Leave the Chapel alone, and attend service!
