The City of Pflugerville is seeking to shut down the Tejano BMX Trails after 12 years of community support and engagement.
Tejano BMX Trails have been created (hand built) & maintained 100% by volunteer labor at very minimal cost to taxpayers. These BMX trails provide options for riders of all skill levels.
We are currently focused on landscaping/beautification of the trails, safety, sustainability, public awareness and inclusion of diversity.

Please do not remove the trails. My 12 year old daughter loves going out each weekend and riding and hanging out with her friends at the BMX trail. She would be devastated if you removed these trails. Thank you, a concerned parent.
Save tejano trails! My son is 8 and has ridden trails all over the state. These are by far his favorite! We drive almost 3 hours ONE WAY once a month to hit them. We eat lunch. Buy snacks, ice, gas, etc. no trails? No reason to hit pflugerville
I am no extreme rider, and I have seriously enjoyed these trails. I’ve seen lots of people out there enjoying them too. There is a real paucity of such resources in this area. I think it’s very important they stay available.
Built by volenteers and such a great mentorship. Good clean fun, just like Walnut Creek Pump Track, or 9th Street BMX but in our backyard, not in another city. Keeping kids (and adults) busy and active is a great thing and build memories and friendships
COP, An already perfectly created resource is here. These type of trails cost municipalities hundreds of thousands of dollars. Please take into account what you may be destroying that could easily be utilized on everyone’s behalf within the community.
Just found this in our community great place to ride and is a critical part to the continued growth in our young riders.

I remember stumbling upon the trail with my son around ten years ago while we were out riding. We thought it was awesome. To see it still thriving by the community’s help is incredible and to me is what makes pflugerville a unique place to live.
