We the undersigned residents of Pradera disagree with D.R. Horton's decision to build the 6000 series and similar lesser quality homes at a lower price point than existing homes in Pradera, as it is inconsistent with marketing materials provided and representations made surrounding the initial sale of the homes in Pradera by D.R. Horton or its agents, and as it will deteriorate existing property values. Further, we back the actions of the Preservation of Equity Action Committee (PEAC) to protect and support homeowner equity in the Pradera Community.
