<P> The decline in operational capacity and service delivery by the ANC run Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality has resulted in the Metro failing to maintain roads and roads across Ekurhuleni being littered with potholes. The DA in Ekurhuleni willappoint competent contractors and include all new requirements of the communities in the short, medium and long term economic planning process. Went to Eastleigh yesterday for the first time in a year and couldn't believe how the roads have deteriorated! 12 potholes in Granville Street alone! Disgracelful!
