I agree with thre need for transparency and clear delineation of needs to be addressed. As a new member, the added assessment in addition to an increase in dues I wish to be clear that this type of additional monies are not common. Thank you.

Savor 60 was rejected - seems like the board and management is pushing forward with plans that do not accurately reflect the interests/desires of membership. I am often told "this is your club." Don't feel that way at the moment.

To keep adding debt to already existing debt for improvements that are not proved to be needed or wanted appears to be irresponsible. Let's postpone the vote until concerns and questions members have can be clarified.

Yay! Somebody's finally taking action and making sound, reasonable requests. If I may add a comment- the pool situation needs to be addressed as well. There have got be pool rules that need to be enforced. Why are babies and toddlers allowed in the pool now? I thought the rule stated kids are not allowed in the big pool unless they are able to swim. I have seen appalling, dangerous situations this summer. Watching and listening to the mayhem at the big pool, along with the fact that these babies and toddlers are using the pool as their potty, have forced my family to leave on days where we would have liked to have been able to relax at the pool. It has become unbearable, and needs to be addressed seriously. (even lifeguards caught sleeping on the stand....) Thanks for allowing me to express my frustration!

We need to get a handle on the clubs current debt situation and then begin repairing and /or improving EXISTING areas of the club before we build additional debt and additional club facilities.Let's have some common sense here, no new debt and no improvements until what we already have is improved.

As a former Finance Committee Member and Real Estate construction professional I would like to have a voice in the plans and not just rely on the few trying to force this on the membership without due process of thought and planning.Thank you.

Postpone the vote, it is the only sensible thing to do. I recommend this given my a lack of confidence in the current Board and the way in which they have handled this situation. Jake

The video sent by the board was nice to see but contained no breakdown as to the net increase or decrease in seating in the new areas, the financial impact expected in revenues to be generated by the changes, no description of the new putting green and short game area, etc. All we were presented with was a floor plan that rearranged seating and a bar and some fire pits. How does that translate to $1,275,000?

One of the unfortunate aspects of the first proposal was that it divided the membership. The absence of any process to engage the membership on the second proposal seems to imply that the board is unaware or unconcerned about this. While I am aware of the construction time constraints, the long term interests of Willow Oaks might be better served by a full vetting of the second proposal.

TMG has been a staple to the club since its opening in 1957. Getting rid of the TMG would be taking a historical piece of the club away. TMG should stay. My wife and I are all in favor of a new outdoor dining area. We are also in favor of a new small short game area.
