Deree -The American College of Greece, has decided to change the place of the Deree Commencement ceremony from the soccer field to the Deree gym, a decision made against your will and your objections. Your graduation day is a day that you will remember for the rest of your lives, a day where your hard work and your huge amount of money finally pay-off. Don't let Deree ruin YOUR moment, don't let Deree humiliate you that way after investing so much money on it, don't let it get away with it. Sign the petition and send a message to the administration that we are the ones that run the campus, and is our money that make this whole institution valuable. So screw the administration and the manipulated student government and speak up! Sign the petition and choose how YOUR commencement day is going to be!

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many people have reached out to share their personal frustration with this decision. It truly feels like this moment belongs to all of you who refuse to accept such a thoughtless change to our ceremony.

Its just rediculous deree does only what it wants just for not paying amthing more to go at least in another stadium. Thats not acceptable
I don't want my friends' convocation ceremony to be held at the gym. Such a rediculous idea!
The graduation ceremony should take place at the soccer courts and not at the gym! Deree gym is not a place for that day and that ceremony!
The deree gym is a depressing room to hold the graduation in. It is typical of universities to hold the graduation in such a place but seeing as deree has such wonderful facilities that it can take advantage of such as the auditorium or the soccer field it would be a real shame not to for such a special occasion.
Unacceptable! Postpone the ceremony at once. I don't even graduate and I feel affected.
