This is very genuine issue in the current Smart World.. for termination or discontinuation we need to go in person!!

I faced same sort of bullying tactics by vodafone when i wanted to terminate my data card because if their pathetic speed and connectivity issues. This is sorely required to protect customer right against poor service. Also, none of the providers ever hold themselves responsible for what their cust care executive tells us while resolving out query even when they have the call records
