Please get warning lights 500 metres before the crossing... no good right at the crossing...

Please effect change. Families use these roads, and every driver has a family at home. No more preventable tragedy

all crossings especially ones that are concealed by a bend in the road should have a set of warning lights at least 500m before the crossing. they are in place in cities so why not on our country roads

I agree i lost two uncles to a country railway there should be something DONE and i live in the country near a COUNTRY RAILWAY LINE.

This makes alot of sense. It is easy to get into a "zone" while driving and lose concentration. Early Light warnings and electronic boom gates could save alot of lives.

I find it hard to believe that a family member died in such a way I understand that Australia is such a vast country but to have crossings with out barriers in this day and age is bloody ridiculous Christ you have enough sunshine to be able to run some sort of solar powered barrier. I have always thought of Australia as a young forward thinking country but even slow behind every one else England has managed to do away with manned crossings and put aromatic ones up at 90 percent of its crossings. Come on Aus before you wreck another family.
