my scouts have recently talked to local councillor about this good to see petition up really hope portie gets an awesome skate park with perhaps some free running facilities too?

I used to love watching the skateboarding at Bristo Square. It would be a great shame if my child didn't have the opportunity to do the same if she wishes too.

its clear that skateparks provide a place for people to enjoy themselves and keep fit. Skateboards in line skates scooters and Bmxers would all appreciate a park. Skateparks are as important as swing parks, football pitches and golf courses. They are a playground and a gym for people of all ages who enjoy these sports. :)
