We (as in I), believe in the constitutional right of feeling safe in my own home. I believe this entails the freedom of basic comforts which are provided by a safe haven such as my home. Unfortunately, in these difficult political and global climates, it is difficult to find the peace our forefathers imagined for us.

My home and well-being is being destroyed, not by outside forces but by fellow countrymen. Specifically one countryman, my brother Saul. He has been terrorizing my home by being absolutely unable of doing his business without clogging the toilet. Earlier attempts to change his indiscretion has rendered futile, and has now moved on to clogging not only the upstairs bathroom but the downstairs bathroom as well.

Believing it his not his responsibilty, my brother leaves the toilets incapable of being used. This has left me, as well as family residing in the same household, living in fear of the toilet overflowing. This has caused much hysteria and anger on my part. I believe that by raising support for my cause I can show my brother that my voice cannot remain silent and changes should be made. Thus, I bring my petition's terms.

Should this petition recieve 1,000 signatures, my brother shall have to agree to:

1. Pooping in the back field with the dog, until he is able to get his business under control
2. Learning the artistry of plumbing and refining his skills with the plunger as a chosen instument of plumbing
3. Claiming responsiblity for his actions and the emotional trauma he has caused
