As a long-time resident of Fort Collins and the parent of two competitive swimmers, I believe Fort Collins and the constant growth of it's population requires more access to water and practice pools. Equitable access across teams, schools, and families is becoming more and more of an issue for our youth and their families.

Being an swimmer it is very hard to find an out door pool unless your HOA has one.

There is a need for more pools.

We currently drive our four small children to Chilson Rec Center, Loveland for all of their swimming lessons. Out of all of the features mentioned as possible for the SE Rec Center, pool and water features are the #1 attraction for us. We would utilize it on at least a weekly basis. We do not have access to a neighborhood/membership pool.

This is a very fast growing part of town and have very few publi facilities and no pool..This is the time to rectify the situation.

All of the existing pools in FC are old and needs consistent maintenance. It's time that a new public pool be added since the population of our city has risen significantly since the older pools were put in.

Check out the Bob Burger indoor pool in Lafayette, Colorado for some great ideas

Fort Collins needs to continue to support physical activity by building and maintaining community facilities. I woudl strongly urge the City to include water features and pools in the design of the new rec center.

Fort Collins absolutely needs an indoor facility such as this! The current indoor pools are dated and in disrepair, and they are completely stretched by demand.

It's hard to believe the City of Fort Collins would consider spending money on yet another community center that does not include a modern indoor aquatic facility. There needs to be an all season option for family recreation in The Fort, and I'm afraid Mulberry Pool isn't cutting it. Take a look at other Front Range communities to see how far behind the curve Fort Collins is on this one. Please don't mess it up yet again.

Hoping that Ft. Collins will build a swimming facility in SE to serve a growing area of the community with under developed city facilities.

I did attend the public outreach meeting and was disappointed that a pool was not included in the plans.

To truly include all, you need to have pools so the young, old, disabled and fit can use!

Pools should have been in the High Schools when they were built.
