My father was a road deputy, and I know first hand how it feels to see him wall out thay front door every morning and knowing that there might be a chance he doesn't return.
With the amount of violence and hostility shown against police officers around the nation, this will help keep both citizens and police safe.
I believe that because they work to protect us we should help to protect them also.
We shouldn't have to sign petitions. Common sense would show that this cause should be taken care of already.
Supporting our officers any way I can and may God walk with them in situation that comes their way

I could have a lot more peace of mind knowing my hubby was always with someone who had his back! If this was a mandatory rule, people also would know and be less likely to try something, knowing they were hopefully out numbered. #POLICELIVESMATTER !!!
