The feedback I have received from fellow students highlights how much this specific location matters to our cohort. I am currently working to organize these insights into a formal request for the administration to consider our preference for the ceremony.

Seeing the growing support for this request reminds me how much our shared history on the St. Patrick's campus truly means to our cohort. This momentum confirms that we all value the tradition of returning to where our journey began to celebrate our professional achievements.

St Pats is our home campus and where we spent our time, it makes no sense to have it anywhere else. please listen to us.
Seamus Heaney requested the St. Patrick's campus to host the ceremony for the conferral of his honorary doctorate, recognising the important role the institute has to play in the education of young people. This group of PME's should be granted the same opportunity to uphold the integrity of St. Patrick's College.

The tradition needs to be respected. Bring us back to drumcondra for the big day.
