Social Services case workers have quite deliberately ignored the guidelines set out in Parliament in 1933 and still in force today. I intend seeking the help of Members of Parliament to introduce a new law that states that only a law court can make decisions on Schedule 1 offenders and that the Social Services have no legal right to put young children at risk. Here is a copy of the law created in 1933. Schedule 1 Offenders - Children and Young Persons Act 1933. 1 Schedule 1 offenders are persons convicted of an offence listed in the first schedule of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933. This is a list of serious offences that includes murder, manslaughter, assault, cruelty and a range of sexual offences. They should not be confused with Schedule 1 offenders under the Sex Offenders Act 1997 details of which can be found in the section on the 'Legal Framework'.
