Social Services case workers have quite deliberately ignored the guidelines set out in Parliament in 1933 and still in force today. I intend seeking the help of Members of Parliament to introduce a new law that states that only a law court can make decisions on Schedule 1 offenders and that the Social Services have no legal right to put young children at risk. Here is a copy of the law created in 1933.
Schedule 1 Offenders - Children and Young Persons Act 1933.
1 Schedule 1 offenders are persons convicted of an offence listed in the first schedule of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933. This is a list of serious offences that includes murder, manslaughter, assault, cruelty and a range of sexual offences. They should not be confused with Schedule 1 offenders under the Sex Offenders Act 1997 details of which can be found in the section on the 'Legal Framework'.

About time someone challenged this. Social services think they can just ignore the law whenever they want. Keeping kids safe is the bare minimum.

Fully agree. Courts should decide these cases not social workers who dont follow the rules.

DISGUSTING that this is still happening. These people need to be held accountable for putting children in these situations.

The system is broken. Decisions like this should never be made behind closed doors without a judge involved. Kids are being put in danger every single day.
