That if the Offender ADMITS:GROOMING ABUSE OF TRUST and SEXUALLY ASSAULTING the Victim AFTER 2003,
BUT the offences were before 2003, and this comes to light after the NEW 2003 CRIMINAL JUSTICE BILL, then the Police and C.P.S can enact on this evidence and can Act on ANY law in the 2003 Justice Bill that is relevant to the Individual case.
It means that if you were Groomed and or Sexualy assaulted before 2003 and come forward to the police NOW they cannot use the new laws in place
This is a loophole that needs closing BUT at the moment is allowing PEADIOPHILES to go free
I want people to support this campaign so i can give this pettition to the Govermant and SAY THIS IS WRONG.
Brave victims who have suffered in silence for years who come forward cannot be helped by the Laws we have in place Now, I myself are one of those victims suffering and when i told the police to my horror nothing could be done. I dont want any other brave victim to face the let down that i have faced, So i am prepared to fight this on there behalf as well as my own.

All pedophiles should got to prison indefinitely, until they are too old to be a menace.
The public needs to know who these people are, for the safety of our children...
This definitely needed to be addressed and rectified immediately! Victims deserve justice, support and frankly a hell of a lot better from their government!
The victims are scarred for life and the sick in the head person gets protected. How is that justice?
I don't believe there should be a time limit on when a victim of this crime can press charges. These people have no cure for their problem & shouldn't be allowed out in society once convicted of this crime.
this is bullshit she was NEVER raped. maybe underage sex as in "consensual rape" but NEVER raped by force. and she has 3 CHILDREN because i am ONE am one of them. what she did to me as a child i will NEVER forgive that woman! she made my life living hell. you people will buy into anything. what she is doing is just in a sense but for the WRONG REASONS and blaming THE WRONG people.
