Moms for Liberty is despicable. Eastern Carver libraries just passed a resolution to honor all books, and I'm going to contribute to them for doing it!!!!

MfL has been put on a list of hate groups by the SPLC and is being investigated by other liberal democracy groups.

To Moms for Liberty- Stop chasing schools and if you need a project, go after social media platforms instead- talk about indencent exposure. Support educators, and exercise your right to talk to your kids about your values, and how they might not be the same as what’s taught at school. That is okay! It is called education. Critical thinking matters! Let children learn to discern your values from that of the world, without controlling others to fit your narrative. Schools are not the issue. Social media is the hotbed of what is undoing education.

Thank you for this! As parents in this district, we have ALWAYS had parental rights. This is an attempt by an extreme organization to erode the rights of students to have a comprehensive education. As a parent in this district, at no time have we ever not been in charge of decisions about our student. We have been supported every time we've chosen to opt-out of content, classes, and even when we chose to homeschool. MFL is a "solution" looking for a problem. Thank you for this opportunity to voice our opinion on this matter. Moms for Liberty does not speak for this mom.

Having developmentally appropriate content in school is definitely important, however, there are many problems when groups want to ban content or control other student's ability to learn about themselves and others differences.

As stated, the requests are already covered by PLSAS policy and/or state and federal laws. They can be leveraged to address specific concerns.

Mom’s for Liberty is a national hate group that should not be allowed to be a loud voice for discrimination and bigotry in public schools.

As a PLSAS educator and parent of children on the PLSAS district, I strongly oppose the Parental Rights and Transparency resolution.
