As a retired teacher from PLSAS, as a Prior Lake resident, and as a parent of graduates of Prior Lake High School, and as a parent of a teacher in the district, I fully support this petition because I fully support ALL students.

Parental rights are crucial for all family types and groups, as they empower parents to provide the necessary care, guidance, and love for their children's well-being. These rights are inclusive and respect the diversity of family structures, recognizing that every child benefits from a supportive and nurturing environment, regardless of their family's composition. Upholding parental rights for all ensures that children receive the stability and affection they need to thrive, fostering strong, healthy families across the spectrum.
