Seeing the support grow is heavy because it proves I am not the only one dealing with these security failures. It is exhausting to fight this alone but knowing others have suffered the same way keeps me going.

Same thing happened to me last year. Customer support is useless and they just send auto replies. Hope you get your items returned john.
Poor guy. I hate scammers. If the game has bugs that let people pretend to be your friends then the company is responsible for fixing it. Not fair at all.

This is total trash. Zynga needs to fix their security, you shouldn't lose items just because someone is hacking the buddy list. Give the jeans back!
