I would like my case to be looked at by a manager my case number is Your Incident # is: 120518-17825437 ... the other player was not my friend but changed there name to my friends name pretended to be them and that is against TOS and if this scammer was not able to clone buddy list in game they could have never got to me and scam me please explain how is that my fault if some players can clone you list follow you around and can even hide under screen and spy on you invisible and scam, i dont understand why i cant get refunded please look into my case im very very upset this has happened. all i need is for my Green Lime Jeans to be returned please thanks for your time, John Sori
