Time spent in prison has beed greatly exagerated for this man not to mention the actual sentence time. Murderers get less time for taking someones life. You only hear of these type of sentences in foreign countries Let's be realistic and wake up!!!!! s

the room in prison should be used for real criminals. He confessed his crime and paid more then he should for it. Time to wash is clean

Complete injustice, there are other persons who never ever received the sentences they derserve for the crimes that they committed. He did what he was asked to do, so how about cutting him loose today if not sooner. Thank You, a concerned citizen

This is a disgrace. Pedophiles, rapists, and murderers walk free, while those convicted of drug-related offenses spend decades in prison. Our legal system seriously needs re-evaluation. The punishment should fit the crime.

Please release my cousin who was unjustly punished. He belongs home with us to be loved, adored, hugged, and sharing and living his life.

This is not justice - this is cruel and unusual punishment.

Mark has served more time than any first time offender. I have been a police officer for over 40 years and I despise drug dealers. Mark deserves a break after what his lawyer has done to him. I am asking anyone that I know to sign this petition, I am not ashamed to call this man my friend.

Fair punishment....thats all that is asked. Mistake made. Remorse attained. No intent to injure anyone. Freedom should be granted.

It's time for Mark to come home. This is not right what our government did to him.

life sentences for a drug crime that he took responsibility for? come on. the guy hasn't harmed anyone. the US judicial system is way off-balance.

This is a disgrace...we let murderers and child motlesters out and keep a non-violent first time offender in prison...he did so much for his community...the laws have to change...our tax money is being wasted keepin him and other like him in prison...WISE UP...let him out now!!!
