My son has lived without his Uncle/ Godfather for most of his life. Mark has served enough time for his mistake. It's time to send him home to his family. In my work with domestic abuse victims, I have painfully watched violent offenders go free after several serious offenses. Let people like Mark go to make room for the real criminals!
