I was locked up with Mark, and he was a great guy to me. It kills me to see the kind of time he has and the time he has served. I only had to do a couple of months of violation time and I check the website (BOP) every now and again to see what his status is. I really hope that things work out for him I feel like with the time he has served he is a changed man and he deserves a second chance. MADD love to Mark and his family!!

When I first heard of President Obama's Clemency Project, I immediately thought of Mark and looked to see if his name was among those listed to be released. Mark's sentencing is completely consistent with the parameters of the plan and is an excellent candidate. I believe Mark is 3 decade sentence for a non-violent crime is exactly what this program was intended to reduce.

This is ridiculous. This man has served more then enough time and should be released. Violent criminals, child and animal abusers serve less time! Our judicial system is messed up. Free this man, he's more then paid his debt.

Mark does not deserve 30 years, he was just a kid who made a mistake at the time , he served his time now let him be with his family..
