Mark has alway been a nice human being. He made a mistake and has done far more time then he ever deserved. It time for him to be set free and live his life.
God bless you mark. Stay strong.

Im truly appalled for Mark. I myself have been a victim of excessive manadatory minimum guidelines. I've made mistakes, I've admitted them and pled guilty. I was sentenced to more time then people who hurt, raped and murdered others and I took "The deal". I took the deal and even admitted to something i did not do out of fear of losing trial and never having a chance at life again. Today I am 43 and have a new baby boy and struggle to provide because of that one mistake. I will forever work harder, longer, and probably until I die just because i gave so many years to a non-violent act that became a governmental and political brownie point for judges, prosecutors and law enforcement. In turn, I do believe those harsh laws are needed for deterrence as well as punishment for some. But a very select few where many criteria is met. Today it is used as a bargaining threat for many and almost all. I'm sharing my story publicly for the first time because I truly feel sorry for Mark. He doesnt belong in there. Disparity in sentencing truly proves this part of the system is flawed. Who and when will someone finally stand and admit that wrong is wrong. Good luck Mark and bless your family for strength during this nightmare.

I believe Mr.Lanzilotti has served an appropriate sentence for his crime and should be released on the condition that if he does it again, he will have to serve another 30 years in addition to the time still left on his original sentence.

Career criminals commit violent crimes & even murder and still walk the streets among us looking for their next victim, and yet a first offence not to mention NON Violent bad decision brings forth 3 Life sentence terms?!?! Enough is enough ! Cut him loose !
