Mark is not forgotten. He needs to be released his crime if any did not warrant a 30 year sentence without benefit of parole. The sentencing was and is an example of why reform needs top priority in congress.

Sentences should be in line with the crime. His sentence doesn't make sense when you line it up again against other crimes such as murder, rape, murder etc.

My husband was sentenced to 20 years in prison for a marijuana charge over a hearsay testimony in trial. putting nonviolent criminals away so such long time is not a fair sentence... these extreme sentencing laws are not only hurting the inmates, but also the families that they are leaving behind. please act and sign this petition for fair sentencing laws.

Saying that this man never hurt anyone is a falsehood, he was part of a drug ring that damaged people's lives. Having said that, he has more than served his time! The 'justice' system has failed beyond belief in this case. he should be a free man

I believe in do the crime do the time ..but 1St offense non violent crime and he took responsibility for.. come on guys ..this case is extreme ,we have murderers child molesters who get slaps on the wrist I feel toooo much time has been served and he should be granted time served.
