Obviously this is unfair ..non violent crime and sentenced to this extreme ,this case needs to be examined again and a ruling of time served be granted.

What has happened to Mark is completly illegal and I can't believe that the Judicial system has allowed it to continue this long!!
After reading about Mark, I believe he is an ideal candidate for clemency. As he meets the criteria set forth by the government, I believe he deserves this chance.

I think he served his time. Punishment should match the crime and murderers get out sooner. Keep perspective

I don't understand why legal malpractice has not been pursued on his behalf. Mandatory minimums are bad for society.

First time offender and 30 years? This is not justice! Drunk drivers who kill people get less time! The man has done enough time - return him to his loving family.

I think you have it all wrong. it's amazing how people get away with multiple murders, but this man gets a life sentence on a first time offense. open your eyes!

Meanwhile the monster that sexually molested my innocent 5 year old child is only looking at 9 years !! This guy deserves a second chance ! Praying for him and his family
