Doesn't sound very fair. I agree with the consensus of people here. This is definitely a prime example of a horrible attorney and someone needs to let Mark out of prison. I beleive he has served enough time for a first offense...might be even too much...I am sure he has learned his lesson and he needs to be able to be with his family and friends again. Injustice for sure!

The real problem is his lawyer who ultimately withheld critical information regarding the length of time he would have left to serve.

I think that Mark served more than his time and release him knowing that he served enough punishment for a life time I.

It is my opinion that Mr Lanzilotti should at least be allowed a new trial, based on the fact his attorney did not present to him all offers from the US attorney's office. I further think he should consider filling a grievance with the ethics committee against said attorney as he is REQUIRED to bring all offers to his client for consideration unless he and his attorney had a previous understanding that all offers would be refused. Good luck Lanzilotti family. I hope justice prevails for you.
