This a great gym which is both part of and supports the local community. They personally helped me to achieve goals I would not have considered attainable. We need this local business and less of the "faceless chains" which just milk money into the corporate pot.

We support Bulimba Beat Boxing because I believe that they are very good for the community and operated by young family owners trying to support and bring up a young family.

I don’t know of any other gym that welcomes kids and teenagers like Beatbox in this area. I know several teenagers that have used that gym when they were injured, not selected on a school team or on holidays and it has kept them fit but more importantly socially connected (literally - not via a screen!). All these teenagers rode their bikes to the gym or caught the bus there after school. Beatbox should be supported and recognized by local government as being a great community business.

Chris and Christie are active members of the community and it is evident that Beat Boxing Bulimba have made a positive impact in our society. Allowing their business to remain would mean better physical and mental health of many individuals. Their contributions should be recognised.

Love love this place, great family run business, made heaps of good friends, excellent work out, my second home, criminal to not let these guys carry on...

Beat boxing provide fantastic service for all ages in a professional relaxed way, from fitness to amateur/professional boxing. They are an important part of our community providing fitness and boxing sessions for our children and teenagers mentoring them in a positive way.

This buisness has been supported by the local community since day one and I fully support the approval of their Change of Use application.

Beat boxing Bulimba is a fantastic community place. I fully support its change of use petition. It would be devastating to see a hard working family business that they have built from the ground up go under because of a piece of paper. Chris and Christie and their two children are fantastic upstanding members of the community and BCC would be doing them and the community a massive disservice by forcing them to close shop.

Dont close the gym.
