No way! It'll be a monstrosity and there are enough condo places being built in Natick. Too small of a place.. Too contested... Creates more of a mess. DON'T RUIN DOWNTOWN!!

ENOUGH with the raping of Natick with all the appartments and condos going up in our town taxing the schools, fire and police departments, not to mention the traffic nightmare these will cause! ENOUGH.....STOP IT!!!!!!!!!

No need for this development at all. Condos/Apts beget a more transient culture than is the makeup of the neighborhood and Natick itself. Small scale senior housing is needed, tax producing business is needed, (EMPTY: Costco building; Building 19). Where are the town leaders and why aren't they seeking out small scale businesses to occupy these spaces, instead of waiting for developers to come to us?

Natick needs to be strategic about its planning and zoning. Schools are overcrowded and underfunded. Builders/developers say that people with families "don't generally live in condos" - they are wrong.

I oppose development of this scale. School overcrowding is a serious issue in Natick and has been for the past 5 years with no significant change. Developments such as these draw starter families with young kids and Natick doesn't have the capacity to educate them properly at this point. Focus development around downtown Natick on more retail. Aside from TCAN, downtown Natick is dead at night, we could use some decent restaurants/bars in the area that stay open past 10pm! If the town is looking to make profits, that should be where they look!

Not only will this development make our town more crowded, think about the amount on water and energy resources it will need. We need to start thinking a little more about the environmental abuse to the area.More people means more resources needed and more pollution! It kills me every time I drive by the new condos on Washington street and I see the sprinklers going all day long when it is pouring rain!!
