Please Stop the Development Plan at 45 E. Central St

There is too much development going on!! Perhaps the building could be repurposed?

No more condos needed in this town.

Underground parking? More condos? At some point enough is enough. Natick is getting too over developed and too over crowded. Never mind the ridiculous amount of traffic.

Natick is becoming overcrowded, particularly regarding traffic patterns. This proposal will only worsen a bad situation.

Starting to want to move out of Natick!

Enough condos please! Natick is overcrowded & a traffic nightmare ~ it has got to Stop!

Natick needs to stop building these huge condo complexes. Our beautiful hometown is being turned into a home city. It's ruining our community.

I attended the meeting wherein Stonegate and contracting representatives presented their proposal. I applaud their goal of involving the residents and attempt to minimize intrusion on residents the scope of this project makes this goal impossible to realize. This project must be scaled down. The traffic pattern, even with the proposed underground parking will have inherent dangers for this residential family community.

We have enough new residential developments in Natick already..

We do not support this project. Please reconsider and come up with a new plan. Our schools are over crowded, our streets can't handle more people and there is no budget for more fire safety officers or schools. This is a bad idea!

This has to stop. We can't afford more taxes. Our schools are at capacity. Please stop.

this has to stop. The schools are overcrowded, the teachers are overwhelmed, the streets are clogged and full of potholes. If Natick keeps packing in the high density housing, the quality of the town will drop and there will be an exodus of families. My hope is that the town leaders will think long term and not short term tax income. The units being completed on North Main St. are already causing problems and the units aren't even open yet.

Please consider the enormity of this project and how it effects EXISTING residents. Too much, this has to stop. Lower scale please!! How many existing residents or people that grew up in Town have to leave before you realize you are turning our "town" into a "city"?

I am fine with additional retail space in this area. However, I don't believe Natick can accommodate any more large additions in residential housing without a corresponding plan for increased funding for the schools and other key town services.

In the 7 years we have lived in Natick the schools have become over crowded and the town considerably more congested. We love Natick and don't want to see our town ruined from a lack of planning and foresight.

I oppose this project!

I want to keep natick small and, not over populated.
