Let's figure out a way to reuse the old building...St. Patrick's should only sell to someone who will preserve this structure as well as the gorgeous beech tree beside it. We have enough of these cookie cutter condo developments in Natick so enough is enough. These developers take down historic buildings as well as native mature trees, which would take hundreds of years to replace. Putting condos there wouldn't fit in space wise and be an absolute eyesore as well. As a taxpayer and someone who appreciates the diversity and history of this town, I ask you to please prevent yet another historic building with its natural historic tree surroundings to be removed....it will destroy the uniqueness of that area with St. Paul's next door and St.Patrick's rectory across the street as well as beautiful St. Patrick's church itself just across from it. Please don't let this development happen!!!!!

There should be moritorium on ALL multi family dwellings in NATICK until the traffic pattern and the effect on the school system is thoroughly examined. The school system is overloaded with the Cloverleaf complex, Natick Mills apartments and now the monstrosity complex at the Natick paperboard. Natick needs to slow down and regroup.

Hasn't the town of Natick already reached a saturation point as far as construction goes? The new apartment complex on 27 is huge, now a new developer wants to come along and add to that potential nightmare.

If commuter rail service were dramatically increased, this may not impact to much.

STOP THE INSANITY!!!! Natick was always a lovely town, small town...it is now so difficult to get into town I no longer want to go "home" to where I grew up. It all started with the train coming into town and has gone downhill from there. Just say no!!!!!!

There are 6 2nd grade classes at Ben-Hem of about 24 students each. Several families we know have left Natick in the past two years because of large class sizes and a declining school system. Natick needs get its priorities straight and fix its schools before bring more kids into an overcrowded system.

The commuter rail and the MA Pike are all overburdened during the morning and evening commutes. Town roads are more congested, and the schools are at capacity.

I have live in Natick since I was in the 2nd grade....NATICK NEEDS TO STOP BUILDING......our schools running out room, roads are not build for this type of traffic.........I think we are all done building in this town

This is the sort of atrocious long-term-planning that made me leave (my childhood home where I had hoped to raise my daughter in) Natick. Shame on you-
